THREE DAYS OF FREE HIGH-QUALITY TRAINING
FOR YOUNG ACTIVISTS
TOGETHER WITH MÁXIMA ACUÑA,
LATIN AMERICAN INDIGENOUS LEADER AND 2016 GOLDMAN PRIZE
MEETINGS, HIKING, PUBLIC DEBATES, AND CAMPING ON THE LAKE. This is the program of the Relazioni Inseparbili Festival, organized by Gea Shool and Sintònia, which share the urgent need to cooperate to promote and disseminate the vision, culture, languages, proposals, and practices related to Ecological, Environmental, and Social Justice.
The idea for the Festival stems from the need to provide high-level training in Integral Ecology while also building a completely free, non-formal education space dedicated to the new generations of activists in Italy.
The training sessions will feature speakers from leading intellectuals and activists who have been working for years for environmental and ecological justice, starting with the great Peruvian indigenous leader Máxima Acuña, who was awarded the “Nobel Prize for Ecology” in 2016 for her struggle against multinational extractive industries.
The project is supported by the Metropolitan City of Rome and
under the patronage of the Municipality of Trevignano Romano,
the Bracciano-Martignano Regional Natural Park,
and the Metropolitan City of Rome.
